Episode 24 on February 24! I spoke with the guys from Alltech Lexington and Distilling Co. (of Kentucky Ale fame) at the Tamarack Tap Room in Woodbury about Lexington’s long history (think 1794 long), barrel-aging in bourbon’s backyard, and their long-awaited arrival in the Twin Cities. Right after that, I put away the Tamarack Tap Room’s challenge burger in six minutes!
